Welcome
We are proud to present the fall array of programs presented by the Adult Religious Education Committee. Building on the work of past strong adult programs and exploring models in other UU congregations, the Spiritual Pathways Mission Statement serves as a vision for our congregation of all ages. Policy and practices recommendations, to guide the committee and presenters, are included in leader packets. The wide-range of offerings is possible thanks to the time, skills and generosity of volunteer leaders. Please contact a committee member with your ideas or interest in joining the committee or presenting a program. Watch church publications for added courses and opportunities.
Adult programs provide opportunities for spiritual and intellectual development, personal growth, community building and enjoyment.
The goals of Adult Religious Education are to:
- Provide opportunities for spiritual growth
- Foster a sense of community in and beyond the congregation
- Explore issues of social justice
- Enrich and expand intellectual horizons
- Develop and encourage creativity
- Have fun
